Each plan includes an amount of cloud AI use. We show it as a percentage with the time it resets, never as tokens or question counts. Usage limits may change.
Prices are in US dollars and may differ in your store, with local taxes. Max and AI Boost are not in the stores yet.

What do I get for free?
Crossed paths with friends, your timeline and Life Map, on-device AI and 2 GB of photo backup. Free shows a light sponsored card now and then.
How does the 7-day trial work?
The first time you subscribe to Pro, the first 7 days are free. Cancel before it ends, in your App Store or Google Play settings or on the web, and you won't be charged. The trial is for a first subscription only.
How does AI usage work?
Each plan includes an amount of cloud AI use, and the app shows how much you have used as a percentage, with the time it resets. We don't count tokens or questions. Usage limits may change, and fair use applies.
Why are there ads on the free plan?
They help pay for the free plan. You'll see a sponsored card now and then in your timeline lists. They are contextual and never based on your location history, your photos or who you are. Pro has no ads.
Is my backup private?
It is encrypted with your personal key before it leaves your phone. It isn't end-to-end encrypted, so our servers can use the key to run what you turned on, and approved staff can view it to help you, with every view logged. Read the privacy page for the plain version.
What happens to my backup if I stop paying?
You keep read and download access for 90 days, and we email you along the way. After that we keep your thumbnails and remove full-size copies beyond your free 2 GB, and after a year the rest beyond it. Renew at any time and everything that is still there comes back.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Cancel any time. Subscriptions bought in the App Store or Google Play are cancelled and refunded there, under their rules. Web purchases are covered by our Terms.
When do Max and AI Boost arrive?
Soon. They are not in the stores yet, so for now Free and Pro are the plans you can choose.
